Dear Parents,
We know that for the parents of the participants of our trips, the well-being of their child comes before anything else. This is our philosophy as well – the well-being of your child is our first priority.
The health, safety, security, and well-being of our participants remain our primary concern. We firmly believe that we can provide a meaningful experience that will strengthen the Jewish identity among the participants, while maintaining the highest level of security and safety.
All of our activities are carried out in compliance with the strictest possible safety requirements, in accordance with the standards set by the Ministry of Education and the Security Department of the Jewish Agency. These bodies coordinate their activities directly with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the Israeli Police and the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel.
Israel Experience holds top-tier insurance for every group. We constantly evaluate the quality of our medical insurance providers. They provide us with access to hundreds of emergency response, doctors, clinics and hospitals around the country. Our team has access to counselors, psychologists and Rabbis should the need arise.
Of course, we encourage every participant to be vigilant in his or her own well-being. Participants are encouraged to wear hats on all hikes and to have access to drinking water at all times. Participants should always maintain a healthy balance of nutrition and approach a group leader if there is any concern about a meal.
Please feel free to contact your group’s director at any time should you have any concerns.
And don’t feel like you are missing out. Explore all the amazing trip options geared to you, the parent: missions, celebrations, family trips and specialty trips – Israel Experience has a trip for all ages and interests.
Sincerely,
The Israel Experience Team
