Career Israel is a unique internship program based in Tel Aviv, offering full immersion in the Israeli professional world. Lasting between 4 to 6 months, each participant can freely choose their field of activity as well as the exact duration of their internship, depending on their interests and goals.

The program provides personalized internships in renowned companies and research centers located in Tel Aviv. Participants can choose to stay in central Tel Aviv housing or join the program without accommodation, according to their preference. This valuable experience helps open doors to the job market, both in Israel and all over the world, while offering a deep understanding of Israeli culture and lifestyle.

Participants committing to an internship of 4 months or longer may be eligible for a grant through the Masa program, a recognized financial support. Career Israel is designed for individuals with an academic background and a good command of English or Hebrew.
