Masa Israel Teaching Fellows (MITF) is a 10-month paid fellowship for Jewish college graduates who want to make a real difference — in Israel and beyond. What You’ll Gain

What You’ll Do
  • Teach English in elementary and middle schools across Bat Yam, Rishon LeZion, Tel Aviv, Beit She’an, and more.
  • Train Like a Pro with 100+ hours of hands-on teacher training.
  • Learn Hebrew and immerse yourself in Israeli culture.
  • Volunteer & Engage with your local community.
  • Experience Israel through trips, seminars, and cultural exploration.
